You have a totally committed and highly qualified team of experts at your disposal. This thorough consultation work saves you time and prevents making the wrong decisions.
After we have outlined the design proposal according to the information you provide, then we translate it into reality. That spells out on-time production on state-of-the-art equipment with highly stringent quality monitoring. We can streamline gear engineering and even come up with new ideas by perfecting specific gear components such as the gearing, bearings, seals, lubrication monitoring, temperatures and oscillation-resistant design.
With a long service life and low-noise with frost and heat
After many years of researching, developing and producing high-quality gears, the name JaKe has not only become synonymous with engineering excellence, but also for unerring quality design. That especially includes an in-house quality assurance system that is independent of production.
At your request, we will have homologation carried out including certification by a neutral official inspection agency such as Det Norske Veritas, Germanischer Lloyd or Bureua Veritas, etc.
Even before we select our suppliers, we place a premium on quality. This is the reason why we critically check the consistency of the raw materials before we put them to use. On our production plants, that makes quality products of them.
That's also why we have a vigorous programme of investing in new production techniques and state-of-the-art machines. That's something your gear quality profits from.
One of the foremost results is ground and corrected gearings and that spells out high precision for best power transfer, noise reduction and product endurance. After production, each gear is put to a test run on our test stand. Only then does it leave the factory with JaKe's quality stamp.
